Please read the following terms. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the
accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use this website and service. By using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms
of these Terms and Conditions.
"CHSSP" or 'us' or 'we' refers to the CHSSP Course, a registered trade mark of HSC Design Ltd, whose registered office is HSC Design Ltd, CHSSP,
Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Our company registration number is 06576986 Registered in England and Wales.
The CHSSP course is a learning provider registered with the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).

refers to all individuals and/or entities accessing this website for any reason.
means the site visitors accessing the website and any Students or Customers taking up the CHSSP Course or any of the services shown on the website.
means - person, persons, students, companies or other organisations using the Services of CHSSP and/or use the services of the CHSSP Business or their Sub-Contractors.
means - the services and procedures provided/used by CHSSP to Customers and includes, but is not exclusive to: course information, student support, course assessment, certification, information, products and services provided by telephone, fax or mail, on the Website and by E-mail further details of which are contained within these Terms and Conditions and in other parts of the Website.
means - the web space, pages, and the contents and graphics contained in such space or pages which are under the editorial control of authorised members of The CHSSP.
CHSSP COURSE STUDENTS
CHSSP and HSC Design Ltd comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Electronic Commerce Regulations (ECRs) and
Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECRs).
Course completion time
CHSSP course study timetable is flexible. Students may take up to 18 months after registration to complete the Course. You may purchase during a discount period and
register the course at a later date. After the initial 18 months course access time students are offered an option to renew course time for a further 12 months on
payment of a £60 renewal fee. In the event of a catastrophic failure of online provision beyond our control we reserve the right to provide Course materials
in an alternative format.
CHSSP Membership and Business profile verification webpage
The webpage is hosted at chssp.com/Home-Staging-Professional/YourName and provided free of charge for 12 months to Graduates. After this period the annual CHSSP
Membership fee applies. CHSSP Members receive updates, invitations to events, full access to their course content, CHSSP resources and can amend and update their CHSSP Business profile
verification page from within their login. We reserve the right to remove profile verification webpages if in-appropriate content is displayed.
Changes to CHSSP
CHSSP may update, upgrade and amend CHSSP online Course materials at any time. Students will receive notification of changes by email and at their next log in.
The Course fee includes online Course materials and Tutor support for up to 18 months in the first instance. Subject to successful Course completion CHSSP will
post a Diploma Certificate to you and also provide CHSSP logos for your use. After successful completion CHSSP will prepare a Graduate verification webpage with
your CHSSP registration, your contact details, business services, location and weblink.
Course Refund within 7 days.
CHSSP Course students are able to access and examine the CHSSP Student personal Course Menu, Room planner software and the First Module
with home Staging videos and the first Course Exercise for 7 days with no obligation. If for any reason whatsoever you decide not to proceed just email CHSSP within
the 7 day period for a full refund.
Course Refunds after 7 days.
The CHSSP Course Guarantee is that if you can find a better home staging course, which shows real home staging projects with fee paying
customers, covering more topics, prepares you, more for a home staging business at a lower price - we will refund your Course fees in full. After 7 days requests
for a refund must be made in writing by email or letter giving full details of the alternative course and explaining the reason for refund request, purchase date
and proof of purchase such as email confirmation of purchase. A buyers statutory rights are not affected by the Additional CHSSP Refund Guarantees.
Digital products with immediate download and access such as webinars and certificates fall outside of the distance selling regulations. These products once
purchased do not qualify for a refund.
Payments are processed in GBP pounds and converted to the buyers currency by the payees payment provider. If a buyer uses a currency other
than £ GBP British Pounds to purchase the CHSSP Course then the payment processed via credit/debit card or paypal will be processed by the relevant payment
provider at their current rate of exchange at the time the payment is processed. This rate of exchange will be shown on your credit card provider's statement.
This exchange rate is outside CHSSP's control and buyers are advised to contact their payment provider to check current processing rates for your currency to GBP.
1.0 Use of information appearing on CHSSP.com website
1.1 For the purposes of this agreement, "Information" means information including, without
limitation, text, graphics and sound material, published on CHSSP.com website, whether copyright of CHSSP or a third party. The Information may contain inaccuracies or
typographical errors. CHSSP makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the website or the Information. The use of the
and the Information is at your own risk.
1.2 Changes are periodically made to the website and may be made at any time. You are not allowed to download or print the Information, or extracts from it, in a
systematic or regular manner so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the CHSSP website.
1.3 The website is copyright protected. You must not attempt to decipher, de-compile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising any part of the
website. You must not reproduce any part of the CHSSP website, or the Information or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the

2.0 Disclaimer of liability
2.1 In no event shall CHSSP, its suppliers, its publisher, Home Staging Network, or any third parties mentioned on the website be liable for any damages (including, without
limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption), as a result of your doing, or not doing,
anything as a result of viewing, reading the Information or any part of it or as a result of your inability to use the website or the Information, whether based on
warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
2.2 We give no warranties of any kind concerning the CHSSP website or the Information. In particular, we do not warrant that the CHSSP website or any of its contents is
virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything, which

8. Business and Trades vetting
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any other businesses or services shown on this website are accurate and that the services meet the customers needs.
Should customers have a dispute with another customer, they must, in the first instance, address such dispute directly to the Customer concerned and feedback the
results to CHSSP. CHSSP may at its sole discretion without being under legal obligation to do so, investigate any grievances held by Users of the website and may
discuss any investigation with all involved parties. However there are only three possible outcomes of a grievance investigation:
9.1 User may be allowed to continue using the Services of CHSSP
9.2 A User may be suspended from using the Services of CHSSP for a period of time, at the discretion of CHSSP.
9.3 A User may be banned indefinitely from using the Services of CHSSP.
9.4 You hereby agree to release CHSSP from any damages or claims (including punitive, consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and
unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
10.0 Disclaimer of warranty
10.1 The Website and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and CHSSP makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, in
relation to the Website or the Services, including but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of completeness, accuracy, satisfactory quality and fitness
for a particular purpose.
10.2 CHSSP makes no warranty that the Website or use of the Services will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
